Maui Coleslaw
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 (5-ounce) bottle TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 (8-ounce) can diced pineapple, drained
- 1 pound coleslaw mix
Combine mayonnaise, TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Sauce, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let sit 15 minutes before serving. This is great on a grilled chicken sandwich, BBQ pork or beef sandwich, or wrap sandwich with grilled shrimp.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
