SWEET & Spicy Skirt Steak with Red Onion
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak
- 1 large red onion, cut in 1/4-inch rounds
Combine orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Sauce, and olive oil in a container large enough to hold steak and stir until sugar dissolves. Add steak and onion, turning to coat steak with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 12 hours.
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill steak and onions to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
